Sometimes, you gotta be your first and only fan.
But eventually, you're not all you've got. There are friends, family, and even strangers who are angels to you and who can help you along the way. The more you build off of that and give back, the better off you'll be. They may not make you feel like your ideal type of "popular", but they will aid you when you are confused, falling, or when you are soaring.
